Title: ISO 31030 – What It Is and (More Importantly) What It Isn't

Description:

In 2021 the International Standards Organisation released the ISO 31030 to guide organizations on how to manage the risks, to the organisation and its travellers, as a result of undertaking travel.

In this session, the GBTA Europe Risk Committee will explain the new ISO guidance document, specifically the difference between ISO certifiable standards and guidance documents; the thinking behind and what the guidance is trying to achieve and why it is still a really good idea to understand and begin to implement ISO 31030
